Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager in New York to lead restaurant operations, mentor staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. This position supports both part-time and full-time shifts, with a focus on delivering great food, maintaining safety standards, and achieving sales goals.

The role requires prior supervision experience in a restaurant, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to handle cash and inventory processes. Training is provided to align with Subway's standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred
• Experience supervising/training staff in a restaurant a plus
• Excellent customer service skills expected
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills needed
• Able to operate sales/cash register system

• Providing an excellent guest experience

WhatYou’llNeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

• A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.
