Job summary

Subway is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Wisconsin to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experience. The role involves supervising a team, maintaining safety/quality standards, and driving sales through marketing and community outreach.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a restaurant setting with supervisory experience and strong communication skills. Full-time and part-time shifts, including days and weekends, are available at various locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant environment, with supervising and training staff.

Day-to-Day Activities

Prerequisites

Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.

Essential Functions

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.

Physical Requirements

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
