Subway in United States is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, food quality, and cleanliness, while managing inventory, cash handling, and staff scheduling.

You will supervise and train team members, enforce safety standards, and support local marketing initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills and dependability, with flexible scheduling across day/evening/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment, supervising and training staff.
• Excellent communication with ability to work with all team members.
• Computer knowledge and POS system experience are essential.

Responsibilities

Manager Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Activities

Prerequisites

Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.

Essential Functions

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.

Physical Requirements

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
