Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. Trainees will learn the business from day one, based at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise and supporting operations.

The program leads toward running a branch and developing a team within a culture of internal promotion. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or near graduation, a valid driver's license, and at least 3 months in Sales, Customer Service, or Leadership, plus U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor's.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• No more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years (DWI/DUI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• At least 3 months experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage operations.
• Graduate into running a branch, cultivating new business and developing a team.
• Receive mentoring and hands-on training in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
