Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Decatur, IL. You will start learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch and serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

The program builds leadership, sales, service, and operational skills for future branch management. You will receive mentoring and hands-on training across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with a culture of internal promotion and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or within 1 semester of graduating; degree must be conferred to start.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Minimum 6 months experience in two or more areas: sales, customer service, management, athletics, or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Begin learning the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations.
• Learn to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Receive guidance and mentoring while building relationships in the community.
