Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program in Danville, IL. You will begin learning the business from day one, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while training to become a branch leader.

You will gain mentoring and hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with a clear path to running your own branch and growing the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or be within 1 semester of graduation.
• Bachelor's degree must be conferred to start.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in two or more: sales, customer service, management, athletics, or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance and mentoring in a hands-on learning environment to succeed.
• Build community relationships and excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
