Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Springfield, IL. You’ll start day one at a neighborhood branch, learning the business and serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

The program leads toward running your own branch and building a team. You’ll receive mentoring and hands-on training across sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with a culture focused on customer service and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor degree or be within 1 semester of graduation (degree conferred to start).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Minimum 6 months experience in two or more: sales, customer service, management, athletics, leadership.

Responsibilities

• Begin in the Management Training program at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Learn to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Receive guidance and mentoring while building community relationships.
• Learn customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations with a customer-first culture.
