Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program, offering a clear career path with mentoring and hands-on learning. The role starts at a neighborhood branch, where you will learn the business from day one and serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree (or near graduation), 6 months in retail/sales/leadership, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor's.
• At least 6 months experience in retail/sales/leadership/management or customer service.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Management Training program starting day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while learning operations.
• Develop knowledge to eventually run your own branch, grow new business and mentor a team.
• Receive guidance and mentoring in a hands-on learning environment to be successful.
• Build community relationships to support business growth and customer success.
• Learn and perform customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations with a customer-first mindset.
