Enterprise Mobility is hiring for a Management Training Program in Lincoln, Nebraska. You will start in our MT program, gaining hands-on experience in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations, with a clear path to management.

As an MT, you will learn to lead a team, develop new business, and serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners. We offer mentoring, training, and advancement opportunities with a robust benefits package.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or within 1 semester of graduating (conferred before start).
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 6 months experience in two or more: sales, customer service, management, athletics, leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage behind-the-scenes operations.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to run your own branch in the future.
• Develop customer service, sales, finance, and operations skills.
