Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in the Omaha area. As a Management Trainee, you will begin learning the business from day one, based in a neighborhood branch, and work toward running your own location with a focus on customer service, sales, and operations.

We offer training, mentoring, and a promotion-from-within culture. 1st year total compensation targets about $49,202.40 with a 45-hour work week, plus benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or near completion; degree conferred before start
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience in two or more of: Sales, Customer service, Management, Athlete participation, Leadership

Responsibilities

• Start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert
• Run your own branch in the future and develop your team
• Engage with the community to build relationships essential to growing the business
• Learn excellence in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations
