Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program in North Platte, NE. This MT role offers a path through sales, customer service, retail management or operations with mentoring and internal promotion opportunities.

You’ll be based at 2415 East 4th Street, North Platte, NE 69101, and placement will reflect market needs across North Platte and surrounding areas. The compensation is targeted at $52,000 in the first year with a typical 46-hour week.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on your driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
• In the structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful and build community relationships.
• Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, always putting customers first.
