Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program in Burlington, IA. You will start as a MT, learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch and acting as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

You will gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with guidance and mentoring to propel you toward managing your own branch and building a team.>

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s (degree conferred before start).
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in two or more areas: sales, customer service, management leadership, athletics/leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage behind-the-scenes operations.
• Master knowledge to run your own branch and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful and build your own business.
• Learn customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations with a customer-first focus.
