Enterprise Mobility in Waterloo, IA is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. As an MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while gaining hands-on experience in sales, service, finance and operations.

The program includes mentoring, a structured career path with promotion from within, and a robust benefits package. Compensation is $49,202.40 per year based on a 45-hour week ($19.92/hour, with overtime), with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 1 semester of graduating (degree conferred before you can start)
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record within the past 5 years
• Authorized to work in United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company
• Must be at least 18 years old
• 6 months+ experience in two or more of: Sales, Customer service, Management, Athletics, Leadership

Responsibilities

• MT program: learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners and becoming the behind-the-scenes operational expert
