Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Ames, IA is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. You’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handling behind-the-scenes operations.

In our structured program you will master the knowledge to eventually run your own branch, grow the business, and cultivate a strong team, with mentoring and a culture of promoting from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or near graduation; degree must be conferred before start.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations/accidents in 3 years.
• No drug/alcohol related conviction in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Experience in two or more: Sales, Customer service, Management, Athletics, Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage operations.
• Learn to run a branch, develop teams, and cultivate new business.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
• Build community relationships to grow the business and serve customers.
