Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Pella, IA is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program. You will learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while preparing to run your own branch.

You’ll receive mentoring and hands-on training across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with a culture that promotes from within and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or be within 1 semester of graduating (degree conferred before start).
• Valid driver's license with <=2 moving violations in past 3 years.
• No drug/alcohol conviction in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 6 months experience in two or more: Sales, Customer service, Management, Athlete/leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as face of Enterprise to customers and partners and assist operations.
• Learn to run a branch, grow new business and develop a team.
• Receive guidance and mentoring while getting community exposure.
• Learn customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
