Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Waterloo, IA. You’ll begin in a structured program across sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations, with mentoring and a clear path toward advancement.

As a MT, you’ll learn the business from day one, based in a neighborhood branch, and work to become the face of Enterprise for customers and partners while mastering daily operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or nearing graduation; degree conferred before start
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 5 years
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum 6 months experience in two or more: sales, customer service, management, athletics, leadership

Responsibilities

• Face of Enterprise to customers and partners; manage behind-the-scenes operations
