Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Sioux City area. As an MT, you’ll learn the business from day one, serve as the face of Enterprise, and work toward running your own branch with mentoring and a clear internal promotion path.

The program emphasizes training in sales, customer service, finance and operations, with a culture focused on customer-first service and internal advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s (degree must be conferred to start).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in two or more of: Sales, Customer service, Management, Athletics at a professional/varsity level, or Leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• As an MT, start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as the behind-the-scenes operations expert.
• Learn to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive mentoring, guidance and community engagement opportunities to build your own business.
