Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Stone Mountain, GA. As a MT, you will learn the business from day one, represent Enterprise to customers, and work toward running your own branch with mentoring and growth opportunities.

You will gain experience across sales, customer service, marketing, finance and operations, supported by a structured program and community relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 12 months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean record within 3 years and no major incidents.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one in the Management Training Program.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Develop the skills to eventually run a branch and grow the team.
• Contribute to sales, service, marketing, finance and operations.
