Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in Woodstock, GA. As a MT, you will learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch and prepare to manage operations, sales, and customer service.

You’ll receive mentoring, hands-on experience, and a clear path to running your own Enterprise branch. The role requires strong communication, a drive to lead, and a willingness to work about 45 hours per week.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 12 months in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with clean record in last 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to work about 45 hours per week.
• No interview with Enterprise for MT position in last 12 months.

Aufgaben

• Join the Management Training program at a local branch and learn the business from day one.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales and operations while mentored.
• Aim to run your own Enterprise branch and lead a team.
• Build relationships with customers and partners in the community.
