Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Southeast Georgia, serving Waycross and nearby communities. As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn the business from day one, act as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and work toward running your own branch while growing the team.

You’ll receive mentoring and hands-on training across sales, customer service, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree is required.
Available to work an average of 47 hours per week.
At least 12 months of experience or involvement in Sales, Customer service, Management, athletics, or leadership on campus/organizations.
Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
Must not have interviewed for the same position at any Northeast Florida location in the past 12 months.
No drug or alcohol conviction in the past 5 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Begin learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
Learn to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
Receive guidance, mentoring, and support while building community relationships.
Develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
