Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Dawsonville, GA. MT hires will learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of the company to customers and partners while gaining hands-on operational expertise.

You will be mentored to eventually run a branch, grow new business, and develop a team. The program emphasizes customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations with a culture of promoting from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 12 months of experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship by our company.
• Available to work an average of 45 hours per week.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• We are hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program and MT will learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and act as the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master knowledge to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business and develop a team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support; build relationships in the community.
• Learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations with a customer-first mindset.
• Operate within a culture of friendly competition to grow the business and your career.
