Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program in LaGrange, GA. This MT role offers a clear career path across sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations, with hands-on mentoring and opportunities to advance to a branch manager.

You will learn every aspect of the business from day one, working at a neighborhood branch, while developing customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations skills in a structured program

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, or current student within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s
Minimum 6 months’ experience in Sales & Customer Service or Leadership roles
Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years
Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

MT will start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch
You will be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the operational expert in training
