Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. The MT will learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while gaining the skills to eventually run a branch and build a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 12 months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in last 3 years
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last 5 years
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship
• Available to work an average of 45 hours per week
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for MT position in last 12 months

Responsibilities

• Learn business operations from day one while based at a neighborhood branch
• Develop skills to eventually run your own Enterprise branch
• Cultivate new business and develop your team
• Provide customer service, sales and support in a fast-paced environment
