SRS Distribution Inc. offers a Management in Trainee (MIT) Program designed to develop future leaders for our branch network in Virginia and other states. Trainees rotate through core functions and receive mentorship to progress toward Branch Manager roles.

The program lasts 9–12 months with exposure to warehouse, sales, finance, safety, and HR, plus ongoing development initiatives and a focus on leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or within 2 semesters of graduating; related majors preferred.
• 2+ years of related work experience acceptable in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to relocate for training and promotions within the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Participate in a 9–12 month MIT program rotating through warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR.
• Gain hands-on experience and mentorship to prepare for leadership roles (Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, Operations Manager).
• Learn to manage multi-million-dollar operations and network with industry leaders.
