Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is offering a Management in Trainee (MIT) Program designed to fast-track your career in distribution.

The program is hands-on, with assignments across warehouse ops, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR, aimed at grooming future leaders. This 9–12 month program includes mentorship and corporate development initiatives, preparing you to serve as Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or within 2 semesters of graduation in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, Construction Management, or similar major (preferred).
2+ years of related work experience can substitute for a Bachelor's degree.
Ability to relocate for training and promotional purposes within the United States.
Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Gain hands-on exposure to all facets of the business during the MIT Program, including warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR.
Collaborate with mentors and leadership to develop skills for future leadership roles.
Prepare to advance to roles such as Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager.
