Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking ambitious candidates for its Management Trainee (MIT) Program at multiple office locations nationwide. The 9–12 month program launches your leadership path by immersing you in warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR.

Expect mentorship, on‑the‑job training, and formal development initiatives to build a strong foundation for future leadership. You’ll rotate through branches, eventually advancing to Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, Construction Management or similar preferred.
• Willing to relocate for training and promotions within the United States.
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computers with strong organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure to all facets of our business through on-the-job training.
• Develop into future leaders with a pathway to Branch Manager or Operations Manager.
• Be willing to relocate for training and promotional opportunities within the U.S.
