SRS Distribution Inc. is offering a Management in Trainee (MIT) Program in multiple states, designed to fast-track you to Branch Manager and beyond. The program provides hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and human resources, with mentorship and company development initiatives.

The 9–12 month program emphasizes leadership development and a multi-branch training plan, including relocation between locations to complete training requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Experience in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics, or military service valued.
• Relocation for training and promotions within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Learn every facet of the business through hands-on training.
• Relocate for training and promotions in two branches.
• Aim to advance to Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager.
