Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program at Gainesville, FL. As a MT, you will start learning our business from day one and work at a neighborhood branch, becoming the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing operational expertise.

You will receive coaching, mentoring, and hands-on training across sales, service, finance, and operations to prepare you to lead a future branch and build your team.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Must be available to work an average of 47 hours per week.
• Must have twelve months cumulative experience or involvement in one of: Sales, Customer service, Management, Athletics or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• MTs start learning the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations.
• Receive mentorship and hands-on training to eventually run your own branch and grow a team.
