Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is offering a Management Trainee (MIT) program at our McKinney branch in Texas.

This 9–12 month program provides hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and human resources, with mentorship and development initiatives designed to prepare you for leadership roles. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree (or be within 2 semesters of graduation) and can relocate for training.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or near graduation; degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, Construction Management or similar preferred.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to relocate for training and promotions within the United States.

Responsibilities

Gain hands-on exposure to all facets of our business, including warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and human resources.
Relocate for training and promotions as part of the MIT program.
Prepare for future leadership roles such as Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager.
