SRS Distribution, Inc. is hiring for its Management in Trainee (MIT) Program at our McKinney, TX location. This 9–12 month, office-based program fast-tracks you toward leadership roles such as Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, or Operations Manager.

You will gain hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain, and HR, with mentorship and corporate development initiatives guiding your growth.
