SRS Distribution, Inc. is offering the 2027 Midwest Management Trainee Program across multiple office locations in Illinois, Michigan and Nebraska.

The 9–12 month program develops future leaders through hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR, with mentorship and development initiatives. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, open to relocation for training and promotions, and hold a Bachelor's degree (or are within two semesters of graduating).

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, Construction Management or similar preferred.
• Must be able to relocate for training and promotions in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure to all facets of our business, including warehouse ops, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR.
• Participate in on-the-job training, mentorship and corporate development initiatives.
• Develop leadership competencies to advance to Branch/Operations Manager roles.
• Collaborate effectively within teams to support branch goals.
