Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee for a 24-week hands-on program designed to integrate recent graduates into the company’s operations and leadership tracks.

Trainees will participate in all areas of our operations, gain knowledge of our culture, and prepare for management roles within the organization. Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Willingness to relocate to any Dayton Freight service center.
• Willingness to rotate through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Learn the LTL industry and Dayton Freight's operations.
• Gain experience across operational areas of the company.
• Develop leadership skills through a 24-week program.
