Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is seeking candidates for its Management Trainee Program—a 24-week, hands-on experience designed to prepare recent graduates for leadership roles within our operations.

Trainees will learn the LTL industry, gain exposure to all areas of the business, and develop future-based leadership skills while rotating through shifts and locations. A Bachelor's degree and willingness to relocate are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
