Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. invites recent graduates to join its Management Trainee Program, a 24-week hands-on experience designed to develop future leaders across the company's operations.

Trainees will participate in all areas of Dayton Freight Lines, learn the company culture, and gain knowledge of the transportation industry. During the program, participants will learn the LTL industry, gain experience in operations, and develop leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
