Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is seeking candidates for its Management Trainee Program. This 24-week, hands-on experience lets graduates become part of a team, participate in all areas of Dayton Freight's operations, and learn about our culture and the transportation industry.

Participants gain future leadership skills and, upon completion of the 24 weeks, are prepared to assume management positions within our company. The program includes relocation to any service center and rotation across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
