This 24-week, hands-on experience is designed for recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates to join a team, participate in all areas of Dayton Freight's operations, and gain knowledge of the company culture and the transportation industry. The program focuses on developing future-based leadership skills so that upon completion, Trainees are prepared to take on management positions within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Willingness to relocate to any Service Center.
• Willingness to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Learn the LTL industry and Dayton Freight's operations.
• Gain experience across operating areas and leadership responsibilities.
• Develop leadership skills for future management positions.
