This 24-week, hands-on experience lets trainees join a team, expand their experience, participate in all areas of Dayton Freight's operations, and learn about our company, culture, and the transportation industry.
Upon completion, the program educates individuals on leadership skills needed to step into management positions within our company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college is required.
- Willing to relocate to any Service Center.
- Willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
Responsibilities
- Learn the LTL Industry.
- Gain experience in the Operation.
- Develop Leadership skills.
