Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is offering a Management Trainee Program designed for recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates. This 24-week, hands-on experience lets you participate in all areas of Dayton Freight's operations while building knowledge of our company culture and the transportation industry.

Trainees will develop leadership skills to be prepared for management roles within the organization; relocation to any service center is required as part of the program.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
