Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is seeking recent graduates for its Management Trainee Program, a 24-week hands-on path into leadership within our transportation network. Trainees join a team, rotate across operations, and gain knowledge of our company, culture, and the LTL industry.

Participants build future-based leadership skills and emerge ready to take on a management position within Dayton Freight upon successful completion of the program.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
