Consolidated Electrical Distributors in Louisville, KY is seeking a Management Trainee — Non Exempt-DIV to join its Riverfront District training program. The role is designed for sales-minded candidates and provides on-the-job training across multiple functions to prepare you to run a multi-million-dollar location.

Training lasts 2–3 years with rotations in warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable/receivable, purchasing, inventory and business development, plus online courses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree – will consider related experience in lieu of degree.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future).
• Ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program
