Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) is seeking a Management Trainee – Non Exempt to grow into a leadership role across our multi-million-dollar locations. The program runs 2–3 years with rotations through warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable/receivable, purchasing, project management and more.

On-the-job and online training are provided; no prior industry experience is necessary. The ideal candidate is energetic, communicative, and geographically flexible, with relocation encouraged

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship by CED.
• Ability and willingness to relocate during and after the program.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the CED business.
• Attend classes in various locations.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
