Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) offers a Management Trainee program in the Elevator Division designed to train candidates for leadership roles in a fast-paced industry. Trainees will rotate through warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable/receivable, purchasing, and project management to prepare for running a location of their own.

The on-the-job program lasts 2–3 years with online training, emphasizing electrical products, sales, and management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability and willingness to relocate nationally during and upon completion of the program.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the CED business and operate a multi-million-dollar location.
• Participate in sales and customer-facing activities.
• Develop business management skills and attend training classes in various locations.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
