Trainees receive on-the-job training for 2–3 years, rotating through warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable/receivable, purchasing, project and inventory management, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, related experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Leadership and communication skills essential.
• Willingness to relocate and travel as training progresses.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the CED business and operations.
• Attend classes in various locations as part of the training program.
• Communicate in English, both written and spoken, throughout the training.
