Consolidated Electrical Distributors in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Management Trainee – Non Exempt-DIV to join a structured, multi-year training track that prepares you to run a multi-million-dollar location.

The program lasts 2–3 years with rotations through warehouse, sales, accounts, purchasing, and project management, plus online coursework in electrical systems and leadership. Excellent communication and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience will be considered.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability and willingness to relocate during and after the program.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Learning all aspects of the CED business.
• Attending classes in various locations.
• Communicating – both written and spoken – in English.
