Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors offers a Management Trainee – Non Exempt program designed to train sales-minded candidates for leadership roles. The 2–3 year program rotates through warehouse, counter sales, accounts, finance, purchasing, and project management to prepare trainees to run a multi-million-dollar location upon completion.

On-the-job and online training accompany comprehensive coursework on electrical products and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or related experience considered.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Open to relocation and travel as part of training.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the CED business during training.
• Attend classes at various locations and participate in rotations.
• Communicate effectively in English and report to the Training Manager.
