Job summary

United Pacific in Florissant, MO is seeking a Manager-In-Training in a full-time role offering benefits including a 90 Day Performance-Based Increase, Referral Bonus, Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401K, and Tuition Reimbursement.

The MIT will complete training under the Store Manager, learn to manage daily store operations, supervise the team, and uphold company policies. Upon successful completion, transition into a Store Manager role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as supervisor/lead or assistant manager in retail or fast-food.
• Ability to coach and develop team to advance careers.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to work varying shifts including overnights/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete MIT training under Store Manager and learn to manage daily store operations.
• Supervise staff and maintain customer-friendly environment per company policies.
• Transition into Store Manager role after training.
