SRS Distribution Inc. is offering Northeast MIT positions at our branches in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

The Management Trainee Program is a 9–12 month fast track to leadership, designed to move you toward Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager. From day one, you''ll be hands-on, learning every facet of our business, including warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and human resources.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors.
• A degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, Construction Management, or similar major, is preferred.
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of related work experience is required.
• Ability to relocate for training and promotional purposes within the United States.
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on training across operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain, and HR.
• Mentorship and development initiatives to build leadership capabilities.
• Relocate between two branches for training, with close to 50% in each location.
