Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Mansfield and Ashland is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. As an MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch and you’ll be prepared to lead a future Enterprise location.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, and operations with mentoring and a clear path for advancement across our mobility solutions network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or be within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Valid driver's license.
• No more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• At least 3 months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Master knowledge to eventually run your own branch.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
