Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. The position is based at a neighborhood branch, where you will learn the business from day one and aim to run your own location in the future.

You will gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales and marketing, finance and operations, with mentoring and opportunities for internal promotion within a culture that rewards development and advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor's.
• At least 6 months experience in retail/sales/leadership/management or customer service.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch as an MT.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Progress to running your own branch, cultivating new business and developing a team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and support to be successful and establish community relationships.
