Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in the United States is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program. As a MT, you will learn the business from day one and work at one of our neighborhood branches, developing core skills in sales, customer service, and operations.

The program offers mentoring, a clear career path with promotion from within, and a competitive benefits package including PTO, health coverage, and a company match 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or be within 2 semesters of graduation.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• No more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• At least 3 months experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Training program and start learning our business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing operational expertise.
• Learn to lead teams, cultivate new business, and develop your own branch over time.
